At Build Right Consultancy, we strive to provide high-quality construction, design, and consultancy services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require our clients to modify or cancel their projects. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. Cancellation Policy
For Construction & Consultancy Services:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@buildrightconsultancy.com or by contacting our customer support at +91 8889997040.
If a project is canceled before the commencement of any work, a partial refund may be issued, subject to deductions for administrative and consultation costs.
If cancellation occurs after the commencement of work, refunds will be determined based on the percentage of work completed. No refund will be provided for completed phases.
If materials have already been procured or construction has begun, the client is responsible for covering the cost of materials and labor expended up to the date of cancellation.
For Design & Drawing Services:
Once design work has commenced, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be issued.
In case of dissatisfaction, minor revisions will be accommodated as per our revision policy.
For House & Campus Planning:
Cancellation before planning work starts will be subject to a 15% administrative fee.
If a cancellation is requested after initial planning has been completed, a 50% charge will be applied.
Once final planning documents are delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment or as agreed upon in writing with the client.
Any service fee, transaction charges, or administrative costs incurred during the process will be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds will be provided for completed services, digital deliverables, or consultancy fees once consultations have been conducted.
3. Modification or Rescheduling of Services
Clients may request modifications or rescheduling of services at least 7 days in advance.
Any changes requested after the project has started will be subject to additional costs, depending on the nature of the modification.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval from Build Right Consultancy.
4. Force Majeure
Build Right Consultancy shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or refunds due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental regulations, strikes, pandemics, or any other force majeure events beyond our control.
